Riwayat Pendidikan
Meraih gelar Sarjana Ekonomi Jurusan Akuntansi dari Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Indonesia (FEUI) tahun 1987, MBA University of Colorado USA pada tahun 1992, dan Doktor Akuntansi di program Pasca Sarjana Ilmu Manajemen FEUI pada tahun 2005. Fokus pengajaran dan penelitian adalah Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam hal manajemen risiko, tahun 2015 mengikuti Sertifikat Kompetensi Manajemen Risiko perusahaan Perasuransian tingkat 5 dan mendapatkan sertifikat kompetensi pada tahun 2016 dengan Kompetensi Penerapan Analisis Risiko Perusahaan Perasuransian Yang sangat kompleks untuk peningkatan kinerja perusahaan (utama) dari Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP).
Riwayat Pekerjaan
Saat ini beliau bekerja sebagai staf pengajar Departemen Akuntansi FEUI sejak tahun 1987 dan Senior Advisor/Partner RSM Indonesia sejak tahun 2017. Pimpinan dan anggota profesi NCSR dan ICSP terkait aktivitas Corporate Social Responsibility sejak tahun 2010.
Warga Negara Indonesia. Lahir di Jakarta 28 Januari 1962 (60 tahun) , berdomisili di Jakarta.

Beliau diangkat sebagai Komisaris Independen merangkap Ketua Komite Audit PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk sesuai dengan Akta Pernyataan Keputusan Rapat No. 96 tanggal 25 Juni 2013.

He was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Board concurrently as Chairman of the Audit Committee of PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk following the deed of Meeting Decisions No.96 dated June 25th, 2013.
Educational Background
Earned a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Faculty of Economics, Universitas Indonesia (FEUI) in 1987. A Master of Business Administration from University of Colorado, USA in 1992 and Doctorate in Accounting from Postgraduate Management Program of FEUI in 2005. Hi teaching and research are focused on Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
To improve the ability in terms of risk management, in 2015 participated in the Insurance Company Risk ManagementCompetencyCertificatelevel5and received a competency certificate in 2016 with a very complex Insurance Company Risk Analysis Application Competency to improve company performance (main) from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP).
Professional Background
Has been a part of teaching staff in the Department of Accounting FEUI since 1987 and as a Senior Advisor/ Partner of RSM Indonesia since 2017. Leader and professional member of NCSR and ICSP relating to Corporate Social Responsibility activities since 2010.
