PT ASURANSI BINTANG Tbk DAN ENTITAS ANAK Catatan atas Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Untuk Tahun-tahun yang Berakhir 31 Desember 2023 dan 2022 (Angka-angka Disajikan dalam Ribuan Rupiah, kecuali Dinyatakan Lain) Pada tahun 2020 Perusahaan telah berkoordinasi dengan Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara (DJKN) Kementerian Republik Indonesia, SAS Lawfirm (Kuasa Hukum Perusahaan) dan mantan ketua Tim Likuidasi PT Bank IFI. Perusahaan diminta untuk melakukan Permohonan Sita Eksekusi fiat Pengadilan untuk Lelang atas jaminan tanah dan bangunan tersebut yang didahului dengan proses balik nama Hak Tanggungan. Saat ini perusahaan sedang dalam proses balik nama atas jaminan Hak Tanggungan dimaksud dan menunggu konfirmasi jadwal lelang dari Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara (DJKN) Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Pada tanggal 2 November 2021 berdasarkan Surat dari Satuan Tugas Penanganan Hak Tagih Negara Dana Bantuan Likuiditas Bank Indonesia (“SatGas BLBI”) kepada PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk No S-1021/KSB/2021 Perihal : Tindak Lanjut Aset Jaminan PT Texmaco Micro Indo Utama menyatakan bahwa penyelesaian aset kredit Group Texmaco akan ditindaklanjuti dengan eksekusi jaminan melalui mekanisme PUPN Cabang DKI Jakarta melalui KPKNL Jakarta III. Kemudian pada tanggal 14 Juli 2022 telah diadakan lelang aset dari Grup Texmaco Micro Indo Utama di KPKNL Purwakarta, yang dihadiri Tim Legal & CorSec PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk, SatGas BLBI, dan Pejabat Lelang KPKNL Purwakarta, namun demikian, Pejabat Lelang KPKNL Purwakarta mengatakan kelengkapan dokumen lelang yaitu Surat Keterangan Pendaftaran Tanah (“SKPT”) dari aset Grup Texmaco Micro Indo Utama belum dilengkapi oleh SatGas BLBI sehingga lelang ditunda dan akan dijadwalkan kembali pada tahun 2023, hal tersebut dikarenakan SKPT masih diproses di BPN Karawang. Pada tanggal 29 November 2023, KPKNL Purwakarta melalui surat No.S-2334/KNL.0804/2023 memberikan informasi bahwa pengurusan piutang Negara debitur atas nama Group Texmaco dilakukan oleh KPKNL Jakarta III. KPKNL Purwakarta akan menindaklanjuti pelaksanaan lelang apabila ada permohonan dari KPKNL Jakarta III. PT ASURANSI BINTANG Tbk AND ITS SUBSIDIARY Notes to Consolidated Financial Statements For the Years Ended December 31, 2023 and 2022 (Figures are Presented in Thousands of Rupiah, unless Otherwise Stated) In 2020, the Company has coordinated with the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) of the Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia, SAS Lawfirm (Company Legal Counsel) and the former chairman of the PT Bank IFI Liquidation Team. The Company is asked to make a request for confiscation of the fiat court for auction on the guarantee of the land and building which is preceded by a process of transferring the title of the Mortgage. Currently, the Company is in the process of transferring the name of the intended collateral and waiting for confirmation of the auction schedule from the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN), Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. On November 2, 2021, based on the Letter from the Task Force for Handling State Claims on the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance Fund (“SatGas BLBI”) to PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk No. S-1021/KSB/2021 regarding: Follow-up on Collateral Assets PT Texmaco Micro Indo Utama stated that the settlement of the Texmaco Group's credit assets will be followed up with the execution of guarantees through the DKI Jakarta Branch PUPN mechanism through the Jakarta III KPKNL. Then on July 14, 2022, an auction of assets from the Texmaco Micro Indo Utama Group was held at the Purwakarta KPKNL, which was attended by the Legal & CorSec Team of PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk, the SatGas BLBI, and the Purwakarta KPKNL Auction Officer, however, the Purwakarta KPKNL Auction Officer said that the completeness the auction document, namely the Land Registration Certificate (“SKPT”) from the assets of the Texmaco Micro Indo Utama Group, has not been completed by the SatGas BLBI so the auction has been postponed and will be rescheduled in 2023, it was because the SKPT is still being processed at BPN Karawang. On November 29, 2023, KPKNL Purwakarta by letter No.S-2334/KNL.0804/2023 provided information that the processing of debtor State receivables on behalf of the Texmaco Group is carried out by KPKNL Jakarta III. KPKNL Purwakarta will follow up on the auction if there is a request from KPKNL Jakarta III. - 50 -
