Nota Kesepahaman ditandatangani oleh Bapak Hastanto Sri Margi Widodo selaku Presiden Direktur PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk dan Mr. Eui-Tak Hwang selaku Executive Director Seoul Guarantee Insurance, serta dihadiri oleh Ibu Reniwati Darmakusumah selaku Direktur Marketing dan Sales PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk, Bapak Jenry Cardo Manurung selaku Direktur Keuangan dan Pelayanan PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk, Mr. Sang-Hoon Oh selaku Chief Representative Seoul Guarantee Insurance, dan Mr. Chang-Hyun Song selaku Global Team Leader Seoul Guarantee Insurance. Penandatanganan Nota Kesepahaman antara PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk dan Seoul Guarantee Insurance The Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk and Seoul Guarantee Insurance On Monday, November 20th, 2023, PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk and Seoul Guarantee Insurance convened to formalize a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signifying a strategic partnership for business expansion. The MoU was signed by Mr. Hastanto Sri Margi Widodo as the President Director of PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk, and Mr. Eui-Tak Hwang as the Executive Director of Seoul Guarantee Insurance, in the presence of Ms. Reniwati Darmakusumah as the Director of Marketing and Sales of PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk, Mr. Jenry Cardo Manurung as the Director of Finance and Services of PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk, Mr. Sang-Hoon Oh as the Chief Representative of Seoul Guarantee Insurance, and Mr. Chang-Hyun Song as the Global Team Leader of Seoul Guarantee Insurance. Rapat Kerja Nasional 2023 National Work Meeting 2023 From November 21st to 23rd, 2023, PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk convened its 2023 2023 Work Meeting at the Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta. The event was attended by the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, Group Head, along with all Branch Managers and Sales Heads of PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk across Indonesia. Commencing with remarks from Mrs. Shanti L. Poesposoetjipto as President Commissioner, followed by Mr. Hastanto Sri Margi Widodo as the President Director of PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk. The agenda featured presentations on the Corporate Strategic Plan by all Group Heads and Branch Managers, addressing solutions for the forthcoming challenges in 2024. On the final day, participants engaged in Outbound & Team Building activities at BSD Xtreme Park, Jakarta. Tanggal 21-23 November 2023 bertempat di Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk mengadakan Rapat Kerja 2023. Rapat Kerja ini dihadiri oleh Direksi. Dewan Komisaris, Group Head, dan seluruh Branch Manager serta Sales Head PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk di seluruh Indonesia. Diawali sambutan Ibu Shanti L. Poesposoetjipto selaku Presiden Komisaris dan dilanjutkan sambutan dari Bapak Hastanto Sri Margi Widodo selaku Presiden Direktur PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk. Acara diisi dengan pemaparan Corporate Strategic Plan oleh seluruh Group Head dan seluruh Branch Manager dan solusi untuk kondisi yang akan dihadapi ditahun 2024.
