Persiapan penerapan PSAK 74 yang sudah memasuki tahapan design & implementation akan difokuskan pada persiapan yang dibutuhkan untuk dapat melakasanakan proses parallel run di tahun 2024 sedemikian rupa sehingga perusahaan akan siap untuk menerapkan PSAK 74 di tahun 2025 yang akan datang. Perusahaan saat ini bekerja sama dengan konsultan penerapaan PSAK 74 untuk memastikan apa yang dilakukan Perusahaan sudah berjalan sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku baik nasional maupun internasional.
Pada tanggal 22 November 2022 Perusahaan telah mendapatkan Ijin OJK No. S-4602/NB.111/2022, untuk Perluasan Bidang Usaha dan produk PAYDI. Perusahaan memperoleh ijin untuk produk Asuransi Fleksi InveSTAR (AFI). Produk asuansi ini merupakan produk Unit Link pertama yang Sesuai Dengan SE OJK 05/2022 lengkap dengan segala kesiapan technologi end-to-end pendukungnya. Perusahaan sudah mulai memasarkan produk Unit Link tersebut pada akhir tahun 2022 di beberapa cabang melalui tenaga pemasar yang dimiliki yang sudah mendapatkan sertfikasi yang saat ini berjumlah 112 orang. Perusahaan akan mengembangkan metodologi dan jalur distribusi penjualannya di tahun 2023 dengan pengembangan jalur distribusi pemasaran yang akan dilakukan untuk jalur distribusi keagenan. Dengan penambahan produk ini, akumulasi Pendapatan Jangka Panjang Bebas Risiko, produk ini akan memberikan pertumbuhan yang berkesinambungan atas Enterprise Value Perusahaan dan ketergantungan terhadap produk asuransi lain dapat disesuaikan.
Pengembangan dan penjualan produk Asuransi Tanaman Berbasis Index (ATBI) akan semakin difokuskan, terlebih juga adanya tanggapan positif dari pasar dan juga Otoritas Jasa Keuangan terhadap produk ATBI ini. Perlindungan atas kelembapan tanah kepada petani coklat di Luwu, Sulawesi sudah selesai dan menghasilkan kinerja yang baik. Secara internasional, produk ini juga ditampilkan dan diperkenalkan oleh perwakilan asuransi Indonesia (Dewan Asuransi Indonesia) dalam ASEAN Insurance Council Conference – Agriculture, di Bangkok tanggal 6 Desember 2022 dan juga di Insurance Association of Zambia Conference, 24 November, 2022 yang memungkinkan bagi Perusahaan untuk melakukan penjualan secara masif kepada petani-petani jenis tanaman yang lain.
Perusahaan juga merencanakan pembuatan produk lainnya seperti produk jaminan kredit (surety bond) dan lain-lain.
Preparations for the implementation of PSAK 74 which have entered the design & implementation phase will be focused on the preparations needed in order to carry out the parallel run process in 2024. This is expected to prepare the Company for the implementation of PSAK 74 in 2025. The Company is currently working with PSAK 74 implementation consultants to ensure that the Company conforms with applicable national and international standards.
On November 22nd 2022, the Company has obtained OJK Permit No. S-4602/NB.111/2022, for Business Fields Expansion and PAYDI products. The Company obtained a license for InveSTAR Flex Insurance (AFI) products. This insurance product is the first Unit Link product that complies with SE OJK 05/2022, complete with all supporting end-to-end technology readiness. The Company has initiated the marketing activities of Unit Link product by the end of 2022 in several branches through its certified marketers, currently 112 people. The Company will develop its methodology and sales distribution channel in 2023 by developing a distribution channel for agency distribution channels. With this additional product, the accumulation of Risk-Free Long-Term Income, this product will provide sustainable growth for the Company's Enterprise Value and adjust the dependability on other insurance products.
The development and sale of Index-Based Plant Insurance (ATBI) products will be increasingly focused, especially due to positive responses from the market and also the Financial Services Authority upon this product. Protection of soil moisture for cocoa farmers in Luwu, Sulawesi has been completed and yielded good performance. Internationally, this product was also displayed and introduced by representatives of Indonesian insurance (Indonesian Insurance Council) at the ASEAN Insurance Council Conference – Agriculture, in Bangkok on December 6th 2022 and also at the Insurance Association of Zambia Conference on November 24, 2022 which allows the Company to conduct massive sales to other crops farmers.
The Company also plans to manufacture other products such as (surety bonds) and others.
