Menjalankan self assessment Tata Kelola Perusahaan sesuai dengan POJK yang berlaku.
Pemenuhan syarat keberlanjutan bagi pihak utama sebagaimana tercantum dalam POJK 73/POJK.05/2016 dan No.43/POJK.05/2019 tentang Tata Kelola Perusahaan Yang Baik Bagi Perusahaan Perasuransian.
Pelaksanaan RUPS sesuai dengan POJK No.15/POJK.04/2020.
Pelaksanaan Public Expose sesuai dengan Kep-360/BEJ/07-2004 tanggal
19 Juli 2004 tentang Peraturan I-E perihal Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi dan Surat Edaran No. SE-00003/BEI/05-2020 perihal Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Public Expose Secara Elektronik.
Pemenuhan Laporan-laporan sesuai dengan Perturan yang berlaku.
Carry out a self-assessment of Corporate Governance in accordance with the applicable Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK).
Fulfillment of sustainability requirements for the main parties as stated in POJK 73/POJK.05/2016 and No.43/POJK.05/2019, concerning Good Corporate Governance for Insurance Companies.
Implementation of the GMS in accordance with POJK No.15/POJK.04/2020. Implementation of the Public Expose in accordance with Kep-360/BEJ/07-2004 dated July 19, 2004 concerning Regulation point I-E regarding Obligations to Submit Information and Circular Letter No. SE-00003/BEI/05-2020 regarding Procedures for Electronic Public Expose.
Fulfillment of reports in accordance with applicable regulations.
