Description
Produk ini memberikan perlindungan dan jaminan atas kepentingan kontraktor dalam suatu proyek yang meliputi pengerjaan proyek dan/atau peralatan-peralatan yang digunakan oleh kontraktor dari segala risiko kerugian atau kerusakan fisik yang terjadi secara tiba-tiba, tidak terduga dan tidak disengaja sepanjang tidak dikecualikan oleh Polis. Polis ini juga menjamin tanggung jawab hukum kontraktor yang timbul akibat pelaksanaan proyek.
This product provides coverage and protection of contractor’s interest in a project including contract works and or equipment used by the contractor from all losses perils or any sudden, unforeseen, and accidental physical loss destruction or damage other than those specifically excluded in the policy. This policy also covers contractor’s legal liability arising from the implementation of the project.

Produk ini memberikan perlindungan dan jaminan kepada pemilik barang atas risiko- risiko kerugian atau kerusakan selama proses pengiriman barang. Tersedia berbagai pilihan luas jaminan, yaitu ICC A, B dan C untuk pengiriman barang ekspor – impor melalui laut, atau Jaminan 1, 2 dan 3 untuk pengiriman antar pulau melalui laut. Tersedia juga perlindungan untuk pengiriman barang khusus seperti batubara, makan beku, kapas, dll.
The product provides coverage and protection for owner cargo against losses, perils or damages during the transportation process. There are various coverage perils, which are ICC A, B, and C for cargo transportation export-import by the sea, or coverage 1, 2, and 3 for marine between islands by the sea. There is also coverage for specific marine cargo such as coals, frozen foods, cottons, etc.
