KOMPOSISI KOMISARIS
PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk selama tahun 2022 tidak mengalami perubahan komposisi Dewan Komisaris, namun sesuai dengan hasil keputusan RUPS Tahunan Tahun Buku 2021, menyetujui untuk pengangkatan kembali Dewan Komisaris Perseroan.
Berikut ini merupakan susunan Dewan Komisaris sampai dengan tanggal 31 Desember 2022:

Sesuai dengan Peraturan OJK Nomor 73/ POJK.05/2016 tentang Tata Kelola Perusahaan Yang Baik Bagi Perusahaan Perasuransian serta Anggaran Dasar Perusahaan menyatakan bahwa anggota Komisaris wajib mengadakan Rapat Komisaris secara berkala paling kurang 1 (satu) kali dalam 1 (satu) bulan.

Non-Executive Board’ Meeting
OJK Regulation Number 73/POJK.05/2016 concerning Good Corporate Governance for Insurance Companies and the Articles of Association of the Company stated that members of the Non-Executive Board shall conduct periodical Meetings at least once a month.
