Pengawasan terhadap Sistem Teknologi Informasi
Dewan Komisaris memandang pentingnya Perseroan menyesuaikan perkembangan berdasarkan pada perkembangan sistem Teknologi Informasi terlebih dengan jumlah total aset yang sudah mendekati Rp 1 Triliun. Dewan Komisaris berharap bahwa pengembangan Teknologi Informasi dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam proses bisnis Perseroan.
Perubahan Komposisi Dewan Komisaris
PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk selama tahun 2022 tidak mengalami perubahan komposisi Dewan Komisaris.
Berikut ini merupakan susunan Dewan Komisaris sampai dengan tanggal 31 Desember 2022:
Supervision of Information Technology Systems
The Non-Executive Board is of view that Company is required to keep in pace with the developments of the Information Technology system, especially with total assets that gets closer to Rp. 1 trillion. The Non-Executive Board hopes that the development of Information Technology can provide convenience in the Company’s business processes.
Changes in the Non-Executive Board Composition
