STATEMENT OF INDEPENDENCE FROM INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE BOARD IN THE
EVENT THAT THE INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE BOARD HAS SERVED FOR MORE THAN 2 (TWO) PERIODS
Sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 25 ayat 1 Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.33/ POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, Komisaris Independen yang telah menjabat selama lebih dari 2 periode telah membuat Pernyataan Independensi Komisaris Independen dan telah disampaikan pada Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan tahun buku 2021 tanggal 8 Juli 2022.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 25 paragraph 1 of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of Directors and Non-Executive Board of Issuers or Public Companies, Independent Non- Executive Boards who have served for more than 2 periods have made a Statement of Independence from Independent Non-Executive Board and submitted it on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the financial year 2021 dated July 8, 2022.

CHANGES IN THE NON-EXECUTIVE BOARD COMPOSITION
Sesuai dengan keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Tahun Buku 2021 tanggal 8 Juli 2022 menyetujui untuk pengangkatan kembali seluruh Dewan Komisaris Perseroan.

The resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the Financial Year 2021 conducted on July 8, 2022 agreed to reappoint the entire Non- Executive Board of the Company.
