DIREKTUR KEUANGAN DAN LAYANAN • Bertanggung jawab kepada Presiden Direktur dan membawahi Finance & Investment, Akunting & Pajak, Human Resources Group, General Affairs, serta Corporate Secretary dan Legal. • Bertanggung jawab atas penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Perseroan yang tepat waktu, akurat, dan sesuai dengan kaidah/ prinsip Akuntansi yang berlaku. • Bertanggung jawab dalam penyusunan Anggaran Perusahaan, Pengelolaan Kekayaan dan Investasi, yang sejalan dengan ketentuan yang berlaku atau ditetapkan oleh OJK dan Regulator lainnya. • Bertanggung jawab atas semua aspek pelayanan yang terkait dengan pelayanan jasa pendukung usaha Perseroan. 3. DIREKTUR PEMASARAN DAN PENJUALAN • Bertanggung jawab atas Pemasaran Produk melalui jalur distribusi yang sesuai dan mengembangkan jalur distribusi yang baru sesuai kebutuhan, dengan tetap sejalan dengan ketentuan yang berlaku dan ditetapkan oleh OJK serta Regulator terkait. • Melakukan koordinasi dan komunikasi yang baik dan terarah dengan pihak internal dan eksternal khususnya dalam pengembangan dan pemasaran produk. • Mengawasi dan melakukan evaluasi atas kinerja produksi dari setiap cabang dan kantor pemasaran berdasarkan jalur distribusi dan produk sesuai komitmen yang disepakati bersama. • Memberikan arahan dalam pelaksanaan pemasaran dan penjualan produk. • Melakukan kreatifitas pengembangan produk dan kerjasama baru berikut strategi pemasaran nya sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan dan mitra kerja, sejalan dengan ketentuan yang berlaku yang ditetapkan oleh OJK serta Regulator terkait. 4. DIREKTUR TEKNIK • Bertanggung jawab secara umum atas bidang Teknik Perasuransian. • Melakukan pengawasan operasional kebijakan yang berlaku dalam kaitannya dengan Produk, Pengembangan Produk dan pengawasan pelaksanaannya. • Memberikan arahan dan koordinasi dalam pengembangan produk yang berkualitas dan berdaya saing tinggi dengan tetap memperhatikan prinsip kehati-hatian. • Fungsi Direktur Teknik dirangkap oleh Presiden Direktur. 2. FINANCIAL AND SERVICES DIRECTOR • Report to the President Director and supervise Finance & Investment, Accounting & Taxes, Human Resources Group, General Affairs, and Corporate Secretary and Legal. • Be responsible for the preparation of the Company’s Financial Statements in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with the applicable Accounting principles. • Be responsible for the preparation of the Corporate Budget, Wealth Management and Investment, which is in line with the applicable provisions that are determined by OJK and other Regulators. • Be responsible for all aspects of services related to services supporting the Company. 3. MARKETING AND SALES DIRECTOR • Be responsible for marketing of Products through adequate distribution channels and always strive to develop new distribution channels while remaining in line with the applicable regulations or those stipulated by OJK and other regulators. • Create good and focused coordination and communication with internal and external parties especially in the development & marketing of products. • Be responsible and evaluate the production performance of each branch and marketing office based on their distribution channel and products that has been committed and agreed upon. • Provide direction in the implementation of product marketing and sales. • Be creative in developing new business and collaboration includes its marketing strategy to fulfill customers’ and work partners’ needs, in compliance with the applicable regulations or those stipulated by OJK and other regulators. 4. TECHNICAL DIRECTOR • Be generally responsible for the Technical Insurance field. • Carry out operational control of policies in force in relation to Products, Product Development and supervision of its implementation. • Provide direction and coordination in developing high quality and competitive products while paying attention to the prudent principles. • The function of Technical Director is concurrently held by President Director. 2023 Laporan Tahunan PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk 167 Annual Report
